Every member of the Worry Free Sourcing team is active in identifying potential new suppliers and product. After a company and factory evaluation, a new supplier is added to our database.
Worry Free Sourcing places considerable emphasis on Design and Product Development. New design information is regularly sent through to buyers. Product Development takes place with input from suppliers as well as the buyer. Copyright protection is advocated by Worry Free Sourcing for both buyer and supplier to ensure integrity of design for all parties.
Quality is a prime concern from the approval of the first sample throughout production to the completed order. Regular inspections, both scheduled and unscheduled, are conducted by our Quality Assurance Department from pre-production meeting and initial inspection through midline and final inspection. All aspects of packaging and labeling are a part of this process. We work to internationally recognized quality standards and are in constant contact with all the relevant testing facilities.
All documentation and shipping is managed by our shipping department in co-ordination with the buyers and suppliers. Goods can be shipped FOB, C&F, CIF or DDP according to instruction from the buyer.

We work on a pre-agreed percentage rate of commission, calculated on the FOB value of goods. This ensures transparency for the buyer.
